ReClam the Bay (RCTB) is a local non-profit environmental organization focused on educating the public on the importance of shellfish to the Barnegat Bay estuary. By using the hard clam and oyster as living representatives of the Bay ecosystem, RCTB has effectively promoted public environmental involvement and educated on the integral role shellfish have on the Barnegat Bay estuary’s water quality.
