Using Drone Technologies for Coastal Wetlands Monitoring and Assessment

As sea level rise and a changing climate continues to drastically impact our coastal areas in New Jersey, it is critical for resource managers, decision makers and the public to have the best information available.  We will be highlighting our current efforts of integrating traditional wetlands monitoring methods with drone technologies to assess condition and vulnerabilities like rapid erosion and drowning and how this information is being used locally. Presented by Martha Maxwell-Doyle from the BBP and Steven Jacobus from the NJDEP.
