Come to the Rutgers Cooperative Extension (RCE) of Ocean County’s Open House to learn more about their Coastal Stewardship course. The Barnegat Bay Shellfish Restoration Program (BBSRP), formerly known as Shellfish Gardener course, focuses on educating stakeholders about the ecology of Barnegat Bay and to promote responsible stewardship of coastal marine resources while using shellfish biology, restoration, and aquaculture as the primary teaching tools.
